Waterline Brewing Company 721 Surry Street, WilmingtonJoin Cape Fear Area Doulas for our THIRD ANNUAL Bumps & Brews event to celebrate World Doula Week! This FREE and family-friendly event is happening at Waterline Brewing Company. There will be food, drinks (including nonalcoholic mocktails), a silent auction, activities, $1 beer specials, and a meet & greet with the Cape Fear Area Doulas. All proceeds from this event will go to the Cape Fear Area Doulas Scholarship Fund, which provides doula services free of charge to local low-income families.
9th Annual Soccer Tourney + Oyster Roast for NC Midwives & Doulas

This is the 9th year of this FUNdraiser, and it's one you don't want to miss. Join us on the coast for a day of kicks and thrills or enjoy the local beaches and come to the after party. Family Mini-Sessions Fundraiser with Jennifer Knotts Photography
Smith Creek Park WilmingtonJoin the Cape Fear Area Doulas at beautiful Smith Creek Park for family mini-sessions with local photographer, Jennifer Knotts! Each mini-session is 15 minutes and includes 4 digital images.* This is a perfect opportunity to get your maternity, holiday card, back-to-school, or family photos done while supporting an awesome charity. The cost is $75 per session (a $140 value!), with the proceeds going to aid the Cape Fear Area Doulas in our mission to provide education and support to new and expectant parents in southeastern North Carolina. The Cape Fear Area Doulas further this mission through birth and pregnancy support groups that are open and free to the public, as well as our Scholarship for Families, which provides birth doula services free-of-charge to low-income families. Sessions are available Friday, September 14th and Saturday, September 15th, between 4:20 pm - 6:40 pm.
