Hampstead Birth Circle

Let’s talk about birth and babies! The monthly birth circle hosted by Cape Fear Area Doulas is a wonderful opportunity to share your birth story/stories in a safe and supportive environment, learn more about birth, or simply listen to others. (Sharing your story is completely optional and not a requirement.)

Mothers of all ages, new moms, and moms-to-be are welcome to attend. Come be inspired and strengthened by the women in our community.
