Postpartum Play Date

New baby? Need some fresh air? Do you keep telling yourself you ‘need to get out’?

We can relate! It often takes a lot of effort to even venture out of front door in those first few weeks and months postpartum, and that’s why we have started the Postpartum Play Date.

COME AS YOU ARE, and let’s simply gather outside (if weather cooperates!) for a little while. Any and all postpartum parents are welcome to join us. We do have a back-up plan in the event of rain.

Tell your other postpartum friends, and let’s spread the word. We will be holding these at different parks and greenspaces around town, so that you can attend one close to you if distance is a concern.
